The hotel is a short drive from the airport, about 15 minutes. the staff were very helpful. room service was efficient. I just called and explained what i needed. i liked that beauty treatments were available right in the hotel (very convenient).
i would have liked more variety at breakfast.

The staff members were helpful. Michelle, Maria, and Danica REALLY helped. They assisted with luggage and provided directions. Altaf was also helpful. The hotel was clean. I got tasty food TOO. The location proved quiet.
The hotel gave you the minimum of EVERYTHING. I needed to ask for more tissues. I had to request more pillows. More water was needed. More tea was needed as well.

The room was spacious and had a king bed (very comfortable!). I also liked that the bathroom included two separate sinks, super convenient. The metro station is only a short walk away, so getting around was easy.
The pool was a bit small for my taste.
